Kinesiology is the scientific study of human body musculoskeletal movement. During your initial appointment, one of our corrective exercise specialists will provide a comprehensive assessment of functional relationships within the body, strength, balance, and movement patterns. These appointments aim to decrease pain, correct muscular dysfunction and improve flexibility. Ongoing sessions will focus on biomechanics, arthrokinematics, osteokinematics and strength and conditioning. Looking at global and local biomechanics we can ensure proper joint movement and range of motion.
