Most personal training in Las Vegas is built on guesswork. A trainer designs a program based on what worked for the last client, watches you sweat, and hopes the scale moves. It works for some people. It doesn't work for most.
We built Project Wellbeing's training program differently. Every client starts with real data — DEXA for body composition, VO2 max for cardio capacity, a movement screen for limitations, and optional bloodwork for metabolic context. Your program is built off that data, then re-tested every 12 weeks to verify it's actually moving the right numbers.
